Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Shipping

• Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday will typically ship the same day, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

• We currently ship via USPS or UPS. At checkout you will have the option to select various delivery services from either carrier.

• If your order has not shipped, we can edit it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible to make adustments.

• You will recieve a tracking number via email or SMS once your order ships. If you did not recieve a tracking number, please contact us and our customer support team can provide you one.

• Orders over $200 ship free via Standard Shipping, which will typically be UPS Ground or USPS Priority, depending on weight.

• Orders under $200 will be charged by weight which is calculated at checkout.

• At checkout you will be able to select various shipping services such as Express or Overnight at an additional charge calculated by weight.

• Yes, we do! Our product pages will show you if a particular product is currently in-stock and available for pickup in-store.

• At checkout, under "delivery method", be sure to select the "Pick up" option.

Sorry, we are currently unable to ship internationally.

• Yes, as long as your order is shipped via USPS.

• If your order is over $200 and you select Free Standard Shipping, we will automatically ship via USPS if your shipping address is a P.O. Box.

• If your order is under $200, be sure to select a USPS service at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

• We will accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached, within 30 days of order shipment date.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

• To start your return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a return label to send your items back to us.

• Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 days of us recieving your returned items.

If you choose to use our pre-paid return label, we will deduct a $10 return shipping fee from your final refund total.

• We only accept returns for items purchased from our website, or our Summit, NJ location.

• We cannot accept items purchased directly from a brand's website or retail store.

• Please contact us to organize an exchange. We will hold the items you want to exchange for, provide you with a return label to send your items back, and once recieved we will ship out your exchanged items.

• You may also place a new order for the items you would like to recieve, then start a seperate standard return to send your unwanted items back to us.
